We understand a gift service might be a new idea to you, but it’s actually very simple. We take the hard work out of gifting whilst still keeping it thoughtful and meaningful.

All you have to do is choose:

  2. Where and who to post to (lucky things!)
  3. What to write in your complimentary card
  4. How quickly you want your gift delivered

All the art, framing and luxury packaging happens in the heart of the UK. We’re a small business based in Birmingham, shipping nationwide.

Payment & Orders

Being a gift service, we know your order will most likely be delivered to your lucky recipient’s address. However, being the purchaser, you will receive an email to confirm your order, notice of dispatch and also shipping updates, if applicable.

Yes you can. We are currently shipping to the UK only, but you can still order from overseas and have it delivered to a lucky recipient in the UK.

Yes you can amend, within 24 hours of placing, if it is a Standard Order, within 6 hours of placing if it is an Express Order and 1 hour of placing for VIP orders.

We can only amend custom lettering and your personalised card message.

We do not guarantee amendments unless you receive an email approval of your request.

You can safely pay by bank card or your Paypal account.

All our orders are processed securely using Paypal. You can pay by bank card or your Paypal account.

Thank you for spreading happiness. You will receive shipping and tracking (if applicable) updates until your order has been delivered to the lucky recipient. You should also receive an excited phone call from them too 😉

Delivery & Returns

As everything we do is by hand, it takes time.

With standard fulfilment, we aim to have your order made and delivered within 10 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

We will prioritise your order and work quickly to have it hand-made and delivered within just 5 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked – arriving within 24 hours after dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Your order jumps right to the front of the queue. We will work full-speed to have it hand-made and delivered within just 3 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery and be guaranteed to arrive by 1pm on the day after dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

NOTE: Royal Mail Special Delivery does not provide tracking information

Absolutely free.

We know no-one likes a nasty surprise at checkout. Whether you choose our VIP, Express or Standard services, delivery is always free.

No not yet. We’re working on it, but for now you can still place an order internationally but have your gift delivered to a lucky recipient in the UK.

As every order is handmade to your custom requirements, we do not accept returns.

Happiness is important to us, and that means happy customers too. If there is a problem with your order caused by us, please notify us and we will do our very best to fix it.
